The Unnoticed Latecomers

Papaia, his colleagues and their families are going to church, but they’re running seriously late.

They stop to discuss whether they should go in at all.

Papaia

We’re almost an hour late. We might disturb everyone.

Banani

I don’t know. We’ve also got the double pushchair. Maybe we should just give it a miss.

Ravioli

Come on. Who’s even going to notice?

They arrive at the church just as the sermon is about to begin.

The pastor launches into a long sermon about the importance of punctuality.

… and even imitates Ravioli walking into church, acting as if nothing’s wrong.
