Scene 16: Breakfast?
We are at the Suflowerr hotel reception.
Having finally reached the top, panting, they approach the reception desk. It’s actually a wobbly plywood table. Probably a gift from the downstairs woodworking shop.
Porter: Here are the keys to your rooms! Don’t lose them! If you do, I’ll charge you for them!
Papaia: Excuse me, a question. What time does breakfast start?
Porter: What breakfast? Mine? Ha, ha! There’s no breakfast here at the Sunflowerr hotel!
Ravioli: Is there at least a bar nearby where we can go?
Porter: This hotel has beds. That’s what you need. And don’t bring food into your room, got it?!
Papaia: Okay, don’t get angry!
Ravioli: Ugh! And my pizza?
Igor: According to Banani’s book, the universe has a beginning and an end, which is more than we can say about our troubles. Anyway, before coming in here, Ravioli was afraid of sleeping on the bench outside, in the open air. But now that we’re inside, he’s starting to discover the benefits of staying on the bench. At least there, he could order his delivery!
