Everyone knows Igor only hangs around Papaia and the others to come up with jokes about them for his online comedy show.
One day, Paco watches his show and congratulates him, but tells him he should let Papaia and the others know what he’s up to.
But Igor would never do that, of course. It would ruin their spontaneity, which is essential for getting those comedy gold moments.
Another day, after lunch break, Igor follows Banani, who is heading towards the bathroom looking rather suspicious, and hides to spy on him.
Once inside, Banani looks around furtively, then starts brushing his teeth.
When he’s done with the toothbrush, he pulls out his dental floss.
It’s that famous cheap supermarket-brand dental floss that’s practically impossible to snap.
Banani slaps his forehead.

Damn it! I left my scissors at home.
Then the alarm on his eighties-style watch starts going off, and Banani rushes back to work, forgetting the dental floss on the sink in the office bathroom.
The next day, Papaia and the others arrive at work, but Igor is nowhere to be seen.
That’s pretty unusual, since Igor never misses a day.
Then the boss walks into the office looking serious and announces that Igor has quit.
Nobody believes it, but it’s true.
That evening, Paco is watching comedy videos online when he comes across Igor’s latest upload.
The clip starts, and Igor looks at the audience with a serious expression.
Igor
Guys, I need to tell you something serious.
Until now, all my jokes have been about Papaia, Banani and Ravioli.
Igor pauses for a long moment.
Igor
But yesterday, I found a new source of comedy.
Igor holds up the dental floss he swiped from Banani, right in front of the camera.
Igor
This dental floss is so hard to snap, I actually used it to hang my washing out in the garden the other day…
Paco bursts out laughing.
Igor
Just imagine someone trying to use this stuff every day! They’d have to keep a pair of bolt cutters in the bathroom…
Paco bursts out laughing again.
Igor
Yeah… bolt cutters. The kind you use to break padlocks…
Igor keeps cracking jokes about the ridiculously cheap dental floss that won’t snap, and all the absurd consequences that come with it.
Paco is laughing so hard he’s practically rolling on the floor.
One morning, Igor asks his niece to help him snap the dental floss. He wants to show her just how impossible it is to break.
While he’s holding it tight, she snaps it effortlessly with just one finger.
A few days later, Paco bumps into Igor in the bathroom during coffee break and is astonished to see him.

Igor! What are you doing here?
Didn’t you quit?
Igor
Yeah, but I had to ask for my job back.
Paco
Why?
Igor pulls out the dental floss and snaps it with one finger right in front of Paco, using his niece’s technique.
Paco puts his hands on his head.
Paco
Damn it! Imagine if your audience had figured that out before you did!
Igor places a pair of bolt cutters on the sink, then gets his phone ready.
Igor
Yeah… and today, Banani’s going to find out live on camera.
