Three scientists \u2014 Papaia, Banani, and Ravioli \u2014 and their assistant Igor, who work at NASAL, begin to take an interest in creationism. Alarmed by this, their superiors send them to see a psychologist, Professor Faggioli \u2014 a questionable character determined to get them fired by making them look insane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re in Professor Faggioli\u2019s office, where Ravioli is undergoing an evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, Papaia and Banani continue their conversation about the book Banani found in his garage, which belonged to his grandfather and discusses geological evidence for Noah\u2019s flood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Papaia: Look here, Ravioli. A third sandstone layer, located higher up in the sequence, gives us a clue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ravioli: The Navajo Sandstone, the one in southern Utah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Papaia: Yes, and it\u2019s best seen in the spectacular mesas and cliffs in and around Zion National Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Papaia: It\u2019s well above the Kaibab Limestone, which makes up the rim rock of the Grand Canyon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ravioli: What\u2019s special about it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Papaia: Like the sandstones in the Grand Canyon, this one is also made of very pure quartz sand, which gives it a distinctive bright white color, and it also contains remnants of sand \u201cwaves.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
