Three scientists\u2014Papaia, Banani, Ravioli\u2014and their assistant Igor, who were supposed to attend the famous dark matter conference, miss their flight and end up on the other side of the world. Arriving at the wrong airport, they book a hotel for the night, but it\u2019s not exactly what they expected\u2026 meaning, it\u2019s awful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re in Banani\u2019s room, where Banani is trying to cool down. He has just used his only bottle of mineral water, to improvise a shower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Banani: Now I regret doing that! I wasted the only bottle of water I had, and to make things worse, I\u2019m really thirsty now! How am I supposed to sleep like this?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He looks at the phone on the bedside table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Banani: It\u2019s unbelievable that there\u2019s a working phone in this dump. They should use it as a slogan to advertise the hotel!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He picks up the receiver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Banani: At this point, I\u2019ll have to accept the concierge\u2019s offer of half a bottle of water! Let\u2019s hope he hasn\u2019t already drunk it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He dials the number 0. The phone rings. The clerk answers in an irritated tone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clerk: How dare you disturb me again! It better be something really important!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Banani quickly hangs up and rushes to lock the door. Then he pauses for a moment to listen, fearing to hear footsteps coming up the stairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Banani: What a scare! I thought he was going to come to the room and argue with me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When Igor heard about it, he commented:
Igor: Banani didn\u2019t even have sweat left to sweat cold\u2026 but he sure had enough fear to forget all about the heat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
